When you unlock a guide, we collect the name and email address you enter, the date and time, your result name, the analysis version, your marketing preference, and basic campaign labels from the link that brought you here (when present). We do not use tracking cookies.
Your quick-analysis answers and saved guide stay in your browser's local storage so you can return to them. Your email is not saved there with the guide. Answers in the deeper assessment are used in the current browser session to generate your guide and are not sent with the lead form.
The selfie try-on feature analyses your photo entirely on your own device, in your browser. Your photo is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere - closing the page discards it completely.
Your email records access to your result. Email delivery is not active yet. We will only send promotional beauty tips, product news or future offers when you separately select the optional marketing box. We do not sell or rent your details or send marketing for third parties.
Submitted details are stored in a private, access-controlled database available only to The Face Palette team.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you. Send your request to privacy@thefacepalette.com and we will action it promptly, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
